Every consultation I have I ask the bride what her favorite bloom for her wedding would be. The most common flower is obviously a peony. Who wouldn’t love these gorgeous large layers of soft fluffy petals? The downside to this love affair is the short time frame of availability (Late May-June locally). Karina and Kostya just squeaked into the last few weeks of availability for these beauties. More shocking is that they were coral!! FYI for all my late June brides…don’t bet on a coral peony. (they are one of the first colours to leave us for the season)
Karina and Kostya were married at Cave Springs Vineyards under a gorgeous garland of blooms. Karina carried a bouquet of peonies, garden roses, ranunculus and sweet pea. Their Inn on the Twenty reception was filled with layers of blush, peach and coral blooms. I loved that they mixed up their centerpieces with a tall and short option. It creates tons of interest in the room (in my humble opinion). Decor was provided by our fabulous friends Gala Decor. Manifesto Photography did an excellent job capturing all of the pretty that went into this stunner of a wedding.
